2. What this site collects
This site does not use tracking cookies and does not build advertising or behavioural profiles. The only personal data you actively provide is through the contact form: your name, email address, company, and message.
3. How contact form data is used
The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to read and reply to your enquiry. It is not sold, rented, or used for marketing.
4. Processors
Contact form messages are delivered using Resend, an email delivery service acting as a data processor on our behalf. The site is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the site, and provides aggregated, cookieless analytics that do not identify individual visitors.
5. Legal basis
Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
6. Retention
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting correspondence.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email branislav@nordicdynamics.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
